Ina has held leadership roles in finance, for investment and technology firms over the past 22 years.

As a Managing Partner and Founder of ILM & Partners, Ina’s unique background allows her to integrate a deep financial markets knowledge and network with an emerging markets discipline.

Ina began her career in the 1980’s in corporate finance and asset management with E.F. Hutton/Shearson Lehman and Bank of America where she held Senior Vice President roles. Subsequently, Ina moved to a senior operating role as the founding COO/CFO with Pixion, an early provider of web-conferencing solutions, where she was responsible for sourcing and negotiating funding, business development and operations. Following Pixion, Ina built a successful consulting practice, raising early stage to mezzanine level funding and completing several M&A transactions as well as developing operational roles for start-up financial services and technology firms.

Over the past 10 years as an Executive Recruiter, Ina has placed investment bankers, portfolio managers, analysts, alternative asset and wealth management professionals across a diversity of sectors and emerging markets including CleanTech.

Ina is a passionate fundraiser for a number of non-profits dedicated to accessible education and health services.  She has served for several years on the Board of the Financial Women’s Association of San Francisco and serves on the endowment committee.

Ina earned her MBA from Babson College and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from Michigan State University.
